Why a paperless factory starts with a MES

How paper forms, spreadsheets, and chat slow the shop floor — and how FlowMio FLEX modules digitize production, quality, maintenance, and field work.

If work still moves through paper forms, spreadsheets, and chat threads, decisions lag and traceability suffers. By the end of a shift it becomes hard to answer: which work order stalled where, who still owns this nonconformance, why did that machine stop?

What a MES is for
